Here at Ferry Meadows we hold outdoor learning sessions every month for home schooled children. Each session will have curriculum and nature focused activities, with each month having a different theme.  Sessions run on the second and fourth Monday of the month, however please note, sessions on the fourth Monday are a repeat of the session on the first Monday.  Please only book one session per month.

Much of the session will take place outside so please dress for the weather. 
                                  
Meeting Point:(varies due to Centrepoint work in Ferry Meadows): 

• Monday 12th February - Outside the Visitor Centre.
• Monday 26th February - Outside the Visitor Centre.
• Monday 11th March - Discovery Den.
• Monday 25th March - Discovery Den.

Times: 1.00pm-3.00pm. 
Suitable for: Ages 5-11yrs
All children attending and participating in the session need to have a booked place.

January 2024 theme: Hazel, including coppicing.
February 2024 theme: Making hazel hurdles for the Park.
